摘　　要：文章调查非战争军事行动对军事医学人才培养的需求,针对培养需求,调查适应非战争军事行动军医大学师资队伍建设的现状。调查结果表明,应从教员自身提高、实践经验获得以及外部制度支持等三个方面着手,加强军医大学师资队伍建设以适应非战争军事行动的要求。The author investigated the demands of military medical personnel training to adapt to non - war military operation, and the present situation of teaching stuff in military medical university. The results showed that to reinforce the cultivation of the teaching stuff, the measures should be enhanced at the same time as self - promo- tion of the teachers, acquisition of practical experience and support of the system.
