摘　　要：精子抗原成分比较复杂,在免疫性不育中所起的作用也不相同,近年来许多与受精和早期胚胎发育有关的精子抗原受到特别关注。抗精子抗体(AsAb)在生育方面的影响也越来越引起人们的重视。本文就精子抗原的复杂性、AsAb影响男性生育的各个主要环节及各类AsAb对生育的影响作一简述。The antigen components of sperms are complex and play different roles in immunological infertility. In recent years, researchers show particular concern to many sperm antigens related to fertilization and early embryo development. The im- pact of anti -sperm antibodies （AsAb） on fertility has also attracted more attention. In this paper, we briefly reviewed the com- plexities of anti - sperm antibodies （ AsAb）, the major impact of AsAb on male fertility and the impacts of various AsAb on repro- ductivity.
