摘  要:目的:探讨米非司酮联合氨甲喋呤治疗输卵管异位妊娠安全性,以及研究其适应症和指标检测。方法:根据从2008年3月~2011年3月入住我院的120例输卵管异位妊娠患者,随机分为治疗组60例与对照组60例,治疗组采用空腹口服米非司酮100g,每日2次,口服3d,并且联合氨甲喋呤进行肌肉注射20mg,每日一次,持续注射5d时间;对照组采用单纯性的氨甲喋呤肌肉注射治疗,剂量与方法与治疗组相同。并对两组患者同时进行疗后临床症状观察与血β-hCG水平检测以及B超检查。结果:治疗组有效率为59例,占98.33%,治疗天数约为15.35±5.93d;对照组有效率为53例,占88.33%,治疗天数约为22.27±8.65d。治疗组疗效优于对照组。两组治疗效果具有明显差异性(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:米非司酮联合氨甲喋呤治疗输卵管异位妊娠,具有明显的疗效性,值得在临床实践中推广使用。To explore the safety of mifepristone combined with methotrexate in the treatment of tubal ectopic pregnancy, and to understand the indications and detection indicators of the therapy. Methods: A total of 120 patients with tubal ectopic pregnancy who were admitted to our hospital from March 2008 to March 2011 were equally and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was given fast oral mifepristone 100g twice daily for three days, and combined with methotrexatc intramuscular injection of 20mg once a day for five days. The control group was only given methotrex- ate intramuscular injection treatment with the same dose as used in the treatment group. Then the two groups of patients were ob- served for clinical symptoms, blood β - hCG level and B - ultrasound results. Results: The effective rate in treatment group was 98. 33% ( 59 cases) and the treatment duration was about 15.35 ±5.93 days; while the effective rate in the control group was 88. 33% (53 cases) and the treatment duration was about 22. 27 ± 8. 65 days. The efficacy of the experimental group was signifi- cantly better than the control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: Mifepristone combined with metbotrexate is effective in the treat- ment of tubal ectopic pregnancy.
