摘　　要：目的:观察湿热消腰部外敷热导入疗法对ⅢA型前列腺炎患者前列腺体内血流阻力指数(RI)的影响。方法:将160例ⅢA型前列腺炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别给予湿热消腰部外敷热导入加前列安栓、前列安栓,以30天为1疗程。观察治疗前后各组患者前列腺体内RI。结果:疗程结束后,与治疗前比较两组患者腺体内RI均有明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组优于对照组。结论:湿热消腰部外敷热导入疗法可降低ⅢA型前列腺炎患者前列腺体内RI。Objectives： To observe the effects of Shirexiao external application to lumbar region and conductive heat thera- py on resistance index （RI）of patients with ⅢA prostatitis. Methods： A total of 160 cases of Ⅲ A prostatitis were randomized into the treatment group and the control group. The former group was treated with Shirexiao external application to lumbar region and conductive heat therapy combined with Qianlie Anshuan, while the latter was treated only with Qiarllie Anshuan, both taking 30 days for a course of treatment. The changes of RI were observed. Results： After 30 days of treatment, the RI of the treatment group significantly decreased as compared to that of the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Shirexiao external application to lumbar region and conductive heat therapy can effectively reduce the RI in patients with Ⅲ A prostatitis.
