摘　　要：目的:探讨围手术期心理干预在应用商环治疗儿童包皮过长的临床疗效。方法:选择680例包皮过长患儿,在手术前、手术中、手术后都对患儿实施心理护理,减轻患儿的心理负担,使患儿主动配合手术。结果:达到预期的治疗效果。结论:围手术期心理护理是应用商环治疗儿童包皮过长的有效方法。Objectives： To discuss the clinical efficacy of psychological intervention during perioperative period in the treatment with Shang ring for children with redundant prepuce. Method： 680 children with redundant prepuce received psycho- logical intervention before, during and after the operation, in order to relieve their psychological burden, to get their cooperation in the operation and to improve the operation efficacy. Conclusion： Psychological care during perioperative period was an effec- tive adjuvant therapy for the treatment with Shang ring for children with redundant prepuce.
