急性期重灸翳风结合电针推拿治疗面瘫36例

摘　　要：目的观察急性期重灸翳风结合针灸推拿与单纯电针对治疗周围性面瘫的疗效之差异。方法将面瘫患者72例随机分为治疗组和对照组各36例。急性期治疗组采用重灸患侧翳风及阳白、下关、牵正、迎香、地仓等穴,对照组只在患侧翳风及面部周围用TDP照射,2组均同时辅予相同的西药治疗。进入稳定期和恢复期后2组均采用电针治疗配合推拿疗法,2组均治疗30d后观察疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为97.2%;对照组为83.3%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论急性期重灸翳风等穴结合电针推拿治疗周围性面瘫的临床疗效优于单纯电针治疗。Objective The observation on the differences of curative effects between the double moxibustion at Yifeng combined with electro-acupuncture and traditional Chinese medical massage for treatment of facial paralysis on acute stage and electro-acupuncture for treatment of facial paralysis on acute stage. Methods The patients are randomly divided into 2 groups （each group contains 36 patients）, one is treatment group, and the other one is control group. During acute stage, the treatment group is applied by double moxibustion at Yifeng on such acupoints as Yangbai, Xiaguan, Qianzheng, Yingchun, Dicang etc.; on the other hand, the control group is only offered by TDP radiation on the acupoints at Yifeng and around the face. At the same time, both groups are applied by western medicine cure. After turning into stable and recovery stages, the two groups are both taken electro-acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medical massage for 30 days to observe the curative effects. Results The total effective rate of treatment group is 97.29%, and control group is 83.3%. Thus, the curative effect of treatment group is better than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The double moxibustion at Yifeng combined with electro-acupuncture and traditional Chinese medical massage for treatment of facial paralysis on acute stage is better than electro-acupuncture for treatment of facial paralysis on acute stage.
