摘　　要：（接2012年第5期） 五、中国社会福利时代与医务社会工作发展前景 2010年是中国社会政策、社会立法、社会管理、社会服务、社会建设与社会福利元年,标志中国总体性社会福利制度,包括国家福利、儿童福利、家庭福利、妇女福利、残障福利、老年人福利、军人福利、社区福利和社会化福利时代来临,以改善民生为重点的社会建设和中国特色社会福利制度框架建设成为国家公共政策、社会政策议程的优先领域与战略重点。China＇s social work has experienced thirty years＇ reestablishment and difficuh development since the Reform and Open-up Policy. The author comprehensively describes the changes of medical social work in recent thirty years, briefly analyzes the current situation and predicts the developing prospective of medical social work in China, using literature review, content analysis, policy research, par- ticipant observation, action research and some other methodologies. The historical development of China＇s medical social work can be divided into four stages from the perspective of social work system building, which is 197g to 1991, 1992 to 1999, 2000 to 2006, and 2007 to 2011, each with its clear characteristics on medical social work and system building. Currently, the staff of medical social work consists of various people, featured by ＂health workers as the main part, and professional social workers as supplement＂. Medical social work practices exist in medical institutions, providing services for patients and vulnerable groups. The form of medical social work ranges from practical work to establishing social work departments in hospitals. Its main topics in- clude scope of services, responsibilities, practice model, and profession- al competence building. Some new topics also emerge such as medical social work education, curriculum design, on-the-job training, further education, and practice model research. On the whole, the establish- ment of China＇s medical social work system is on the early stage, with the priorities of professional value and professional ethics training, practice model and professional competence building, research on basic theories, policies, practices, and professional development, and organi- zational building.
