摘　　要：旨在通过对中国民生发展的历史背景和现实困境的系统考察,细致梳理中国民生问题产生的时代背景、发展过程和存在的问题。当前中国主要的民生领域存在着结构性矛盾。民生问题中存在的结构性矛盾是转型期经济社会发展失衡的社会后果。The paper aims to analyze the background and spe- cific performance of the problems of people＇s livelihood in China through the investigation to historical background and realistic dilem- ma. The study founds there are structural contradictions in China＇s main livelihood problems. The structural contradiction of the people＇s livelihood in China is the result of the unbalance of economic and social development in the period of economic and social transforma- tion.
