摘 要:对滁河特大桥支架体系及全桥施工过程进行了有限元模拟,重点分析了系梁支架体系、拱肋支架体系、混凝土系梁、拱肋、吊杆等部分构件或组件的应力及变形情况;通过对不同钢管内充混凝土方案的比选计算,分析不同灌注方案下拱肋的变形和应力差别,为最终方案的选择提供依据;以成桥状态下的吊杆力设计值为目标进行了吊杆张拉控制力的优化计算,给出了"一次性吊杆张拉"的控制力值,施工过程中吊杆力实测与理论计算结果均较为吻合,取得了较好的效果,施工质量得到了良好控制。Finite Element Analysis (FEM) was performed to the construction process of the bracing system and that of the whole bridge. Detailed analyses were performed to obtain the stress and strain of the concrete beam, concrete bracing, arc rib, arc rib bracing and suspension bar, etc. Different concrete pouring schemes were compared for the steel tubes, and stress and deflection difference were calculated to help scheme optimization. The forces in the suspension bars are optimized to give the best working state during normal service. During the construction, measured forces in the suspension bars matched that of the theoretical analyses, which shows construction quality was under good control.
