摘 要:制备了一系列不同十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)胶束量的壳聚糖(CS)复合膜(CS/SDBS).通过傅立叶红外(FT-IR)、热重分析(TGA)、X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)等方法研究了SDBS胶束量对壳聚糖结构、形态以及力学性能等方面的影响.红外光谱(FT-IR)表明,在SDBS胶束和壳聚糖之间形成了强的相互作用,适量的SDBS胶束能有效地提高壳聚糖的力学性能.与纯的壳聚糖相比,当SDBS的添加量为0.9%(质量分数)时,复合材料的拉伸强度(σb)和断裂伸长率(εb)分别提高了25.4%和18.7%.A series of chitosan/sodium dodecyl benzyl sulfonate (CS/SDBS) composite films were prepared. The clustering effect of SDBS on the structure, morphology, thermal properties and mechanical properties of the films was investigated by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA), X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and tensile test. The FT-IR spectroscopy revealed that electrostatic interactions were formed in the complex, which improved the mechanical properties of CS. Compared with those of the neat CS, the values of tensile strength (ab) and elongation at break (εb) of CSS-3 containing 0.9% SDBS were improved by 25.4% and 18.7 %, respectively.
