摘　　要：在网络环境下,图书馆采编工作之形式和内容都发生了新的变化。这些变化要求采编人员具有广博的知识、熟练的计算机和网络操作能力,还要求图书馆具备特定的物质技术设备。为使图书馆工作适应网络信息化发展的要求,图书馆应当加强对采编人员的培训,积极采用MARC软件并加强对该软件系统的维护。The form and content of library＇s acquisitioning and cataloging work have been changed under the network environment. These changes require acquisitioning and cataloging librarians have extensive knowledge and proficient computer and network operation skills, and also require the library possess specific technical equipment. In order to make the library work adapt to the requirements of the development of network informatization, the library should strengthen the training to acquisitioning and cataloging librarians, and adopt the MARC actively and strengthen the maintenance of the software system.
