摘　　要：介绍了国内几大文献传递服务系统,阐述了苏州大学图书馆文献传递服务情况,分析了影响文献传递满足率的因素,提出了提高文献传递满足率的方法。This paper introduces several larger domestic document delivery service systems, expounds the current situation of document delivery service of the library of Suzhou University, analyzes some factors influencing the satisfaction rate of document delivery, and puts forward some methods for improving the satisfaction rate of document delivery.
