摘　　要：介绍了长春图书馆围绕馆训"明德亲民,止于至善"开展工作的经验,展现了长春图书馆在这种人文文化背景下取得的成绩,指出这种文化的积淀与创新不但是长春图书馆不断发展的源动力,更是对公共图书馆未来可持续发展途径的一种实践与探索。This paper introduces the working experiences of Changchun Library around the library motto of ＂cultivating good moral character, enlightening people＇s mind and striving for the perfection＂, exhibits the achievements obtained by Changchun Library under such a cultural context, and points out that this kind of cultural accumulation and innovation is not only a power source for the continuous development of Changchun Library, but also is a practice and exploration for public library＇ s future sustainable development approach.
