摘 要:目的研究不同年龄段儿童呼吸道感染EB病毒(EBV)免疫球蛋白M(IgM)与DNA的相关性。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA法),检测1062例患儿的血清标本,同时用荧光探针PCR法检测患儿咽拭子标本,对不同年龄段结果采用软件SPSS11.5进行χ2检验分析。结果 1062例患儿EBV-DNA阳性率为46.61%,EBV-IgM阳性率6.78%,两者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);EBV-DNA各年龄段分组检测中≤1、2~3、4~7、8至16岁组患儿EBV-DNA阳性率分别为21.05%、40.91%、65.71%、50.00%,≤1岁的婴儿阳性率最低,与其他组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不同年龄段的儿童由于免疫系统发育处于不同阶段,对EB病毒的免疫应答可能存在差异。OBJECTIVE To research the correlation between respiratory infection EBV-IgM in children of different ages and DNA. METHODS The serum samples of 1062 children with infections were detected through ELISA, and their throat swabs samples were detected through PCR at the same time, X2 test for the results were compared and analyzed by using SPSS 11.5 software. RESULTS Of 1062 children with infections, the positive rate of EBV-DNA was 46. 61%, and the positive rate of EBV-IgM was 6. 78%, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.01) ; of the EBV-DNA detection in different age groups, the positive rates of the age groups of ≤1, 2-3, 4--7, 8--16 years of age were 21.05%, 40.91% ,65.71%, and 50.00%, respectively, the positive rate was the lowest in the children aged less than one year old, as compared with other age groups, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). CONCLUSION Due to the children's immune system developing in different stages, the immune response of children of different ages to the EB virus may exist differences.
