摘　　要：目的评价2007-2011年医院感染横断面调查结果的变化趋势。方法对5年医院感染横断面调查结果进行比较分析。结果医院感染现患率由2007年的4.51%降至2011年的2.81%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);调查日的抗菌药物使用率由2007年的56.47%降至2011年的47.64%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论医院医院感染控制工作取得良好成效。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the varying trend of the nosocomial infections by cross-sectional survey during 2007-2011. METHODS The results of cross-sectional survey in 5 consecutive years were compared and analyzed. RESULTS The prevalence of infection decreased from 4. 51% in 2007 to 2. 83% in 2011, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05） the rate of using antibiotics on the survey day dropped from 56.47% in 2007 to 47.64% in 2011, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）. CONCLUSION The control of nosocomial infections has achieved remarkable progress.
