摘 要:目的了解神经外科下呼吸道感染特点及病原菌耐药性,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供科学依据,以期降低患者的死亡率。方法对2010年3月-2011年6月入住神经外科下呼吸道感染患者的痰病原学和药物敏感结果进行统计分析。结果 156例神经外科下呼吸道感染患者中,共分离出病原菌197株,以革兰阴性菌为主,占69.54%,其次是革兰阳性菌,占21.32%,真菌占9.14%;病原菌对多种抗菌药物存在不同程度的耐药。结论全面系统地监测神经外科下呼吸道感染特点及细菌耐药动态,对指导临床合理使用抗菌药物及有效控制感染具有重要意义。OBJECTIVE To investigate the infection characteristics and antibiotic resistance status of pathogenic bacteria isolated from lower respiratory tract in patients of neurosurgery department and provide scientific basis for rational selection of clinical drugs, so as to reduce the mortality. METHODS The sputum etiology and the drug susceptibility testing results of totally 156 patients with lower respiratory infections admitted to the neurosurgery wards from Mar 2010 to Jun 2011 were statistically analyzed. RESULTS A total of 197 strains of pathogenic bacteria were detected in 156 patients with lower respiratory tract infections in neurosurgery department, including gram-negative bacteria (69.54%), gram-positive bacteria (21.32%), and fungi (9.14%) ; the pathogens varied in drug resistance in multiple antibiotics. CONCLUSION It is significant to monitor the lower respiratory tract infections in neurosurgery wards and bacterial resistance in neurosurgery in a comprehensive and systematic manner, which has great significance in guiding the reasonable use of antibiotics and effectively controlling infections.
