摘 要:目的探讨和改进轴节器械清洗方法,提高医疗器械灭菌质量,有效控制医院感染。方法按照随机原则,将回收的1298件污染轴节器械随机分为试验组(使用自制的关节撑开架)和对照组(常规清洗法),对两种清洗效果进行试验观察。结果试验组清洗合格率为98.9%;对照组清洗合格率为77.8%,两组间差异有统计学意义(χ2=141.14,P<0.01)。结论使用关节撑开架清洗轴节器械,提高了医疗器械的清洗质量,值得推广使用。OBJECTIVE To explore the cleaning methods for instruments with axle and improve the effect of sterilization so as to effectively control nosocomial infections. METHODS In accordance with the principle of randomization, a total of 1298 pieces of recycled medical instruments with axle were divided into the experimental group ( treated with the self-made operation instrument rack) and the control group (treated with conventional cleaning method), the cleaning effects of two methods were observed. RESULTS The qualified rate of cleaning in the experimental groul5 was 98. 9%, 77.8% in the control group, with statistical significance between the two groups(x2 = 141.14 ,P〈0.01). CONCLUSION The application of self-made operation instrument rack for cleaning of the instruments with axle can improve the cleaning quality, which is worthy of being promoted.
