摘　　要：目的 探讨经皮锁定钢板内固定治疗胫腓骨下段粉碎性骨折的临床疗效。方法 对35例胫腓骨下段粉碎性骨折实施经皮锁定钢板内固定术治疗并进行临床观察。结果 35例获得随访,平均随访1.8年（1～2.5年）,所有患者均骨性愈合,骨性愈合时间8～28周,平均14.6周。未出现深部感染、内固定松动、断裂等并发症。按Mazur评分,优17例,良16例,可1例,差1例,优良率为94.3%。结论 经皮锁定钢板内固定治疗胫腓骨下段粉碎性骨折具有微创、内固定可靠、骨折愈合快、并发症少等优点。Objective To explore the effect of percutaneous locking compression plate（LCP） internal fixation for distal tibial comminuted fracture.Methods 35 patients of distal tibial Comminuted fracture were treated with percutaneous locking compression plate（LCP） internal fixation.Results All patients were followed up for average 1.8 years（ranging from 1 to 2.5 years）.All of cases have healed well,and the average bone healing was 14.6 weeks（ranging from 8 to 28 weeks）.All of them have no infection and no loosening or breakage of internal fixation.According to Mazur criterion,excellent effect 17 cases,good effect 16 cases,fair effect 1 case poor effect 1 case,94.3% was excellent or good.Conclusion The LCP internal fixation for distal tibial comminuted fracture have the advantage of less invasive,good internal fixation and bone union fastly and little complications.
