摘 要:采用记录工时定点采样和个体连续采样法在某锅炉房测定煤尘的TWA浓度 ,同时测定其环境瞬时浓度 ;在实验室研究空气湿度对滤膜重量影响等粉尘测定的几个技术问题。现场调查结果表明 ,两种采样方法测得的TWA浓度之间无显著性差异。TWA浓度与我国传统采样法测得的环境瞬时浓度呈一定的函数关系 (y =0 32 6x +0 45 8)。实验室研究显示 ,空气湿度对滤膜重量的影响可忽略不计 ,美国采样头与国产的在采集效率上相近 ,国产滤膜采集效率达 97 9%。结果提示 :我国现行粉尘卫生标准的环境瞬时浓度似可经回归方程公式转换为TWA浓度。Using both area sampling(at a fixed location according to working tasks)and personal sampling methods,the time weithted average concentration(TWA)of coal dust in a boiler room was determined and compared with the environmental grasp concentrations.Some technical aspects such as the influence of air humidity on filter weighing were also studied.As shown by the field results,the TWA concentration was positively related to the environment grasp concentration(y=0 326x+0 458)which was determined by Chinas traditional area sampling method.Meanwhile there was no significant difference between two TWA concentrations.Laboratory study showed that the influence of air humidity on filter weighing was negligible.The sampling efficiency was not affected by filter cassettes with different diameters(either China or the US made).China made filter also had good sampling efficiency of 97 9%.It suggested that with a proper regression model,the MAC (Chinas dust standard)might be converted into TWA concentrations,and the TWA could also be measured by Chinas traditional air sampling method and strategy.
