摘  要:用人外周血淋巴细胞常规微核法与双核细胞微核法 ,对同一群丙烯腈接触工人分别检测 ,进行比较。结果显示 ,两种检测方法的外周血淋巴细胞微核率均随工龄增长而上升 ,且呈线性正相关。双核细胞法较常规法敏感 ,且可减少计数误差。建议在接触毒物人群的遗传损伤监护中 ,使用双核细胞法 。The micronuclei of peripheral blood lymphocytes in workers exposed to acrylonitrile were examined with both the routine and binucleated lymphocytes micronuclei.The results showed that the frequency of micronuclei by both methods increased steadily and correlated with the exposure duration,while the binucleated method showed more sensitive.It suggested that the binucleated method might be better in monitoring the population exposed to poisonous chemicals.
