急性闭角型青光眼患者的护理

摘　　要：目的为探讨提高急性闭角型青光眼疗效的护理措施。方法分析了47例青光眼患者的护理方法及效果。结果 47例患者经治疗平均3.5天眼压降至适于手术的值,33例滤过性手术患者眼压为1.36～2.69kPa,19例获理想滤泡。结论对急性闭角型青光眼患者加强急救、心理、滤过泡等护理明显有助于提高疗效。Objective:to study the better nursing measures of acute angle-closure glaucoma.Methods:Retrospective analysis 47cases of its nursing method and the effects of each corresponding.Results:47 cases of patients with a mean of 3.5 days of better nursing measures,the intraocular pressure drops to operation value,33 filtering operation patients with the intraocular pressure of 1.36 ～ 2.69kPa,and 19 cases were ideal follicular.Conclusion:Given better nursing measures of strengthening emergency treatment,psychological care to acute angle closure glaucoma,significantly contribute to improve the curative effects.
