摘  要:串励电动机进行了深槽设计,利用MagNet电磁场仿真软件分析了电刷偏移角度、激磁绕组匝数和电枢总导体数对该电机转速和电流的影响,根据仿真结果确定了样机的电刷偏移角度、激磁绕组匝数和电枢总导体数,样机测试结果显示该设计满足设计指标。A novel design method of deep slot universal motor based on MagNet finite element analysis software was presented. The effects of the brush shift angle and the number of turns of the field windings and the armature conductors on the motor's performance were analyzed by using MagNet. Basing on this analysis result, the number of turns of the field windings and the armature conductors and brush shift angle were given. Three food processor universal motors were manu- factured. And the testing results meet the design criterion.
