摘　　要：采用涤纶+阳离子涤纶复合丝与氨纶纤维,在卡尔.迈耶HKS2-3型特里科经编机上开发经编超弹麻花起绒面料,介绍了其织造工艺、整经与织造技术要点、染整工艺与技术要点,如氨纶丝两伸两缩处理,整经工艺控制,以及坯布松弛处理,织物碳刷与起绒等,并对面料的延伸性进行了测试。结果表明:该面料具有良好的弹性和延伸性、柔软舒适、毛感丰富,是制作休闲运动装、保暖内衣、健身服等的理想面料。This paper develops one kind of ultra-elastic cable fleece fabric on the Karl Mayer Company manufactured HKS2-3 Type tricot warp knitting machine by using the polyester/cationic polyester composite yarn and polyurethane fiber,introduces the knitting technology,warping,key points in knitting,dyeing and finishing technology and the key points,and finally measures the stretching properties of fabrics. The results show that the developed fabric bears excellent elasticity,elongation,softness,comfort and woolliness,which is suitable for production of casual wear,thermal underwear and sportswear.
