摘　　要：文章提出了利用计算机编程语言C++中类的3种继承机制的思想,对项目文档进行继承式管理;根据实际项目管理系统的开发需求,采用语义数据模型化技术——IDEF1X方法构建数据信息模型,实现了项目文档管理过程的逻辑集成;采用Web 3层结构程序设计的方法,应用到实际项目全生命周期管理系统中,验证了上述理论的可行性和有效性。A method of project document management based on inheritance mechanism is introduced by using three kinds of inheritance mechaniSm of the class in computer programming language in C＋＋. According to the actual demand of the development of project management system, the integration definition 1X（IDEF1X） semantic data model technology is used to build data models, and the logic in- tegration of the process of project document management is realized. By using the program design method of Web three-tier application, a system of project lifecycle management is developed to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the theory.
