摘　　要：分析了发展区域供热供冷系统的优势与劣势及能源效率的影响因素,介绍了区域供热供冷系统的国内外发展现状,提出了区域供热供冷系统的发展方向。The advantages and disadvantages of developing district heating and cooling system and the influence factors of the energy efficiency are analyzed. The present development status of district heat- ing and cooling system at home and abroad is introduced, and the development direction of the system is proposed.
