摘 要:介绍了一种新型的粗煤泥分选设备及其工作原理,并在试验研究的基础上,应用Fluent软件对脉动液固流化床分选机内部流场进行了三维数值模拟,结果表明:颗粒的运动行为与其密度、粘度、粒度大小等有关,在上升水流作用下,颗粒群进入分选区后迅速实现分层、分选,表明该分选机分选粗煤泥是可行的。但该机也存在溢流短路几率较大、分选机底部返混等问题,因此应当改进入料管和布水板的结构,以达到优化分选机的目的。A new -style separator of coarse coal slime and its working principles are introduced; The three dimensional inner flow field of pulsating liquid - solid fluidized bed was simulated by Fluent. The result shows that the behavior of coal particles in the separator is related to theirs density, viscosity and particle size. Under the action of ascending current, stratification and separation of coal particles quickly happened indicates that using this equipment to separate coarse slime is feasible. But there are several problems appeared during the separation course such as short circuit flow and back mixing, in order to optimize the separator, the structure of the feed tube and the water distributor must be ameliorated.
