选煤机电设备工况监测、定期维护与节能管理系统的设计与实现

摘　　要：针对选煤厂机电设备未能实现智能化、系统化管理的现状,设计了一套选煤机电设备工况监测、定期维护与节能管理系统。该系统的PLC通过Modbus通讯协议读取电机监控器采集到电气、设备运行相关数据,经过处理后再将数据传至上位组态WINCC,用户则通过组态界面监控、管理机电设备,实现选煤机电设备的智能化管理。In accordance with the situation that failure to achieve intelligent and systematic management on the electrical and mechanical equipment in the coal preparation plant, designed a coal processing elec- trical and mechanical equipment condition monitoring, regular maintenance and energy management sys- tems. In this system, through the Modbus communication protocol, the PLC reads the motor monitor data collected from electrical equipment, and after treatment, the PLC send data to PC configuration interface of WINCC. The user monitored and managed the mechanical and electrical equipment through the config- uration interface, so realizing the intelligent management of electrical and mechanical equipment for coal processing.
