前十字韧带重建早期生长因子的表达

摘　　要：用免疫组化染色方法观察了髌腱重建前十字韧带后早期重建物中生长因子 (EGF、FGF、TGF - β)的表达。发现在韧带重建早期生长因子在成纤维细胞和血管内皮细胞中呈强表达。结果表明生长因子参与调节早期韧带重建物中细胞的分化、生长和增殖。The expressions of EGF、FGF、TGF-β in early stage after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction were investigated.The results showed that the expressions of EGF、FGF、TGF-β were strong within 6 weeks in fibroblasts and endothelia. These results indicated that the growth factors may play critical roles in control of cell differentiation, growth and proliferation in early stage after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.
