摘 要:球转子隔爆机构在引信安全系统中应用广泛,由于工程实践中存在部分球转子未运动到位现象,深入研究球转子的运动规律的测试方法具有积极意义.提出了基于磁场强度变化的球转子运动规律测试原理,建立了相关的数学模型,进行了影响因素分析计算,应用离心机模拟弹道环境完成了模拟实验,实验时加磁性材料磁传感器测到的信号显著增强.对球转子的运动轨迹也进行了仿真,仿真结果与实验结果图形趋势一致,验证了测试原理的可行性.The ball rotor flameproof device was widely used in the fuze safety system, and deep research on the test method of the motion law of ball rotor had positive meaning since some of the ball rotors can't move to the idea position in engineering practice. A test method of the motion law of ball rotor based on the change of magnetic field intensity had been put forward in this paper and related mathematical model had been established. Also, the influencing factors had been analyzed and calculated and simulation experiment had been completed using the centrifuge modeling the ballistic environment. The signal detected by magnetic sensor increases significantly when magnetic materials were used in the experiment. The trajectory of ball rotor had also been simulated and the results are in good accordance with the graphs obtained in the experiment, so the feasibility of the test method is confirmed.
