髋臼发育不良伴骨性关节炎全髋关节置换术31例临床护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨髋臼发育不良伴骨性关节炎患者全髋关节置换术后护理方法。方法:对31例髋臼发育不良伴骨性关节炎患者实施人工全髋关节置换手术,给予术前护理和术后体位、抗凝、饮食等针对性护理措施。结果:31例患者平均住院14.5 d,均治愈出院。按疗效判定标准,出院时2级2例,3级5例,4级14例,5级10例;疼痛指数均由术前7～10分改善至0～3分。结论:人工全髋关节置换术是治疗髋臼发育不良伴骨性关节炎的有效方法,术后规范化、人性化护理和系统的康复训练是手术预后良好的关键。Objective： To explore the postoperative nursing methods in the treatment of patients with acetabular dysplasia associated with osteoarthritis by applying total hip arthroplasty. Methods： 31 patients were treated with total hip arthroplasty and given preoperative and postoperative nursing care like posture care, antlcoagulation and dietary guidance. Results： 31 patients were cured and the average length of hospitalization was 14.5 days. According to the criteria of therapeutic effects, 2 patients were at phase 2, 5 patients at phase 3, 14 patients at phase 4 and 10 patients at phase 5 when they were discharged from hospital. The painful indices decreased from 7 - 10 points before operation to 0 - 3 points after operation. Conclusion ： The artificial total hip arthroplasty is an effective method in the treatment of ac- etabular dysplasia associated with osteoarthritis. The postoperative standard, humanistic nursing care and systematic rehabilitation training is the key to satisfied prognosis.
