摘　　要：银企联网代收费系统为供热企业提供了一种提升服务质量、加强成本控制、降低能耗、提高运行效率的有效管理手段,所以能为企业创造良好的社会效益和经济效益,同时满足用户的需求。文章简述了银企联网代收费系统的实现目标、内容、功能、特点、安全特性和运行效果。Networking deposit payment of banking industry system as effective management means contributes to the impnvement of service quality and operation efficiency, strengthening cost control and the reduction of energy consumption in heat-supply industry. Herein, the system can create better social and economic benefits for the industry and satisfy the de- mand of customers. The paper briefly introduces the objectives, content, function, features, security, and operation effects of the system.
