摘　　要：目的 :探讨 70岁以上老年妇科疾病的临床特征及手术治疗有关问题。方法 :对 15 2例 70岁以上妇科患者的资料进行回顾性分析。结果 :资料显示老年妇科疾病中以生殖器恶性肿瘤 (37.5 0 % )和子宫脱垂伴 /或阴道壁膨出(32 .80 % )最常见。140例行手术治疗的患者均安全度过围手术期。结论 :如能根据老年妇科疾病的临床特征进行早期诊断 ,手术选择适宜 ,术前充分准备 ,术中、术后加强监护 ,大多数老年妇科病人能恢复健康。Objective:To investigate the clinic characteristics and related issue about surgical treatment.Methods:one hundrad fifty two gynecologic patients aged 70 from 1990 to 1999 were studied retrospectively .Results:The data showed that the common gynecologic diseases for elder women were malignant tumor(37.50%)and genital prolapse(32.80%).One hundrad forty surgical patients had all safely undergone the perioperative period.Conclusion The most of senile gynecologic patients would find their health as long as there were effective early diagnosis depending on the clinic characteristics of the gynecologic disease in the elder women,proper operation choice,full preparation before operation and careful monitoring during and after operaion.
