国产Cla型皮埋避孕剂对妇女IL-2、IL-6、TNF-α和IFN-γ产生的影响及意义探讨

摘　　要：对 15 9例应用国产左旋 18甲基炔诺酮皮埋避孕剂 (Cla型 )妇女血清中和外周血单个核细胞 (PBMC )自发分泌的细胞因子水平进行了测定 ,结果表明 ,在该药应用早期 (<1 5年 ) ,血清中和PBMC分泌的IL 2和TNF α水平明显高于正常对照组(P <0 0 1) ,PBMC分泌IL 6的水平则有所降低 ;而IFN γ未见明显变化 ,以上变化在中晚期 (1 5～ 6 0年 )基本恢复正常 ,并保持稳定。血清中IL 2、IL 6和TNF α的水平变化与PBMC自发分泌水平相关。PBMC在体外经PHA刺激后 ,分泌四种细胞因子的水平与正常对照组无显著性差别。The serum levels and those produced by PBMC of IL 2,IL 6,TNF α,IFN γ in 159 women using subdermal levonorgestrel implants were determined by ELISA method Results revealed that,during the earlier stages of usages (<1 5 years),the serum levels of IL 2 and TNF α and those produced by PBMC were higher than those normals ( P <0 01);while those of IL 6 secreted by PBMC were lower with no change in those of IFN γ All these changes returned to normal and kept stable during the middle and later stages (1 5～6 0 years) Changes in serum level of IL 2,IL 6 and TNF α correlated with those spontaneously secreted by PBMC There were no significant difference among those levels of these cytokines after in vitro stimulation with PHA in comparison with the normal controls
