摘  要:选用若干只雄性成年 Wistar大鼠随机分为 2组 :糖尿病模型组大鼠尾静脉注射小剂量链脲佐菌素 (STZ,30 mg/ kg BW) 3周后 ,加喂高糖、高脂、高热量饲料。选择具有 型糖尿病特征即糖耐量异常、胰岛素高于或等于对照组的 38只大鼠。对照组 36只大鼠不注射 STZ,仅喂普通饲料。将糖尿病模型组再随机分为 2组 :糖尿病对照组、糖尿病 +蚕丝水解物 (SH)组 ;对照组随机分为正常对照组、正常 + SH组。每日给予SH 1g/ kg BW,共 4周 ,在实验期间定期测葡萄糖耐量、胰岛素和血脂。结果发现 SH显著改善了糖尿病大鼠的糖耐量 ,显著降低了血清总胆固醇和提高了高密度脂蛋白胆固醇的水平 ,使冠心病危险预测指数明显降低 ,而对血清胰岛素水平无显著影响 ;对正常大鼠的血糖、血脂及胰岛素水平无影响。提示 SH对糖尿病大鼠的血糖有调节作用 ,且能部分改善血脂代谢的紊乱 。Male Wistar rats were divided into two groups by random .One group was injected with streptozotocin(STZ) 30 mg/ kg BW via tail vein.Three weeks later,the rats were fed on diet of high fat,high sucrose and high calorie for another 8weeks.There were 38rats with impaired glucose tolerance and insulin level higher or equal to the control group selected as the diabetic m odel group.Another36 rats not injected with STZ and fed on normal diet were selected as controls.The two groups were divided into two subgroups and fed with normal diet for another4weeks.The four subgroups were norm al control group,norm al+ SH group,diabetes control group and diabetes + SH group.The rats in normal + SH group and diabetes + SH group were tube feeding every day with silk hydrate(SH) 1.0 g/ kg BW for4weeks.The results showed that in the diabetes + SH group,the glucose tolerance,blood lipid and the predictive index of coronary heart disease were significantly im proved,but no effect on their blood insulin level.There was no change in the norm al + SH group.The results suggested that SH could modulate the metabolism of blood glucose and partly improve the disorder of the serum lipid of diabetic rats.
