摘 要:目的了解济宁市0~55岁人群麻疹抗体水平及母婴传递的状况,以便采取有效的干预措施,提高整个人群的免疫力,降低麻疹发病率。方法采集760名0~55岁健康者血样,运用酶联免疫吸附法检测麻疹IgG抗体。结果济宁市人群麻疹IgG抗体阳性率为73.6%,保护率为64.6%,抗体几何平均滴度为1∶780。新生儿出生后抗体水平随着年龄的增加而逐渐减低,到6~7月龄时抗体几何平均滴度(1∶93)、抗体阳性率(15.0%)、保护率(2.5%),均达到最低水平;人群中另一低峰期出现在20岁以上的人群;各年龄组之间抗体阳性率、保护率、抗体几何平均滴度之间差异均有统计学意义(2阳性率=215.99,P<0.001;2保护率=218.72,P<0.001;F=46.58,P<0.001),但不同性别之间差异无统计学意义(2阳性率=0.17,P=0.681;2保护率=2.11,P=0.146;t=0.17,P=0.869);母婴之间麻疹抗体含量呈正相关性(r=0.685,P<0.001),抗体阳性率有关联(r=0.382,P<0.001)。结论相关部门应针对不同人群麻疹抗体水平,做好强化接种工作,建立成人免疫接种程序,尤其注重母婴传递途径,提高整个人群的抗体水平,降低麻疹的发病率。Objective To know the level of measles antibody and the status of mother-to-infant transfer in population aged 0-55 years in Jining, so as to take effective interventions to improve the immunity of the entire population and reduce the incidence of measles. Methods Random sampling was used and 760 healthy blood samples were got for measles IgG detecting by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Results The prevalence of measles IgG antibody was 73.6%, the protection rate was 64.6% , the geometric mean of antibody titer was 1 : 780. Antibody levels among infants reduced with the increase of age. Among 6-month to 7-month old infants, the average antibody titer was 1 : 93, antibody-positive rate was 15.0%, and the protection rate was 2.5% , which were all in the lowest level; Another low peak appeared at the group 1〉20 years of age; The difference of the positive rate, the protection rate and the geometric means of measles antibody 2 X2pmtiotion rate = 218. between different age groups were statistically significant (Xpositive rate =215.99, P〈0. 001; 72, P〈0.001; F=46.58, P〈0. 001); But no statistical significance was found in different sexes (x^2 = 0. 17, P= 0. 681; 2 Xprotectionrate= 11, P=0. 146; t=0.17, P=0.869) ; Measles antibody levels and positive rate between mother and infant presented positive correlation ( r = 0. 685, P〈0. 001 ; r = 0. 382, P〈0. 001 ). Conclusions Related departments should focus more on measles-antibody level in different populations, strengthen the vaccination, establish the adult immunization programs, and particularly emphasize mother-infant transfer to increase the level of antibodies among the entire population to reduce the incidence of measles.
