摘　　要：孤独感是个体希望得到的人际关系与实际感知到的人际关系存在差距时出现的一种令人反感的情绪体验。长期严重的孤独感能够对人的身体和心理产生众多不良后果。国外关于孤独感的研究已经从其产生的原因、影响因素上升到了孤独感的干预。本文借鉴国外研究结果,总结孤独感产生的机制以及干预措施,为国内相关研究提供理论依据。Loneliness has been defined as a aversive state experienced when a discrepancy exists between the interpersonal relationships one wishes to have and those that one perceives currently has. Persistent and serious loneliness may lead to many physical and psychological problems. About the loneliness, the abroad study focus has shifted from reasons, influence factors to the intervention of loneliness. This paper summarizes the mechanism of loneliness and existing interven- tion experiences, so as to provide the theory basis for domestic related research.
