摘　　要：甘肃祁连山水泥集团股份有限公司两条2500t/d熟料生产线,预热器系统结皮堵塞较为频繁,其中2007年预热器系统结皮堵塞导致停窑达70余次,处理时间累计为399.8h。文章结合对结皮进行的化学分析和X射线衍射分析结果,详细探究了结皮堵塞的原因;同时详细介绍了该公司为解决此问题而实施的三个阶段所采取的技术措施与管理举措。通过努力,2010年始就成功杜绝了结皮堵塞现象,窑运转率逐年提升,由2007年的77.51%上升为2011年的93.73%。Gansu Qilianshan Cement Group Co.,Ltd. has two 2 500 t/d clinker production lines and coating and blocking appeared fre- quently in the two precalciners, which resulted in that the kiln was forced to stop for 70 times and the accumulated treatment time was 399.8 h in 2007. Combined with chemical and X-ray analysis result of the lining coating, the causes of coating and blocking were dis- cussed. And three-phase measures the company adopted for the problem were introduced, and by the effort, coating and blocking acci- dent was eliminated from 2010, and the kiln running rate was increased year by year from 77.15% of 2007 to 93.73% of 2011.
