摘  要:通过有限元电磁场分析软件MagNet建立电磁阻尼器三维仿真模型,通过静态气隙磁场的磁通密度分析,简化三维瞬态运动仿真模型;对不同磁极对数下的三维模型瞬态运动仿真,重点研究了磁极对数变化对力矩特性的影响。仿真获知电磁阻尼器力矩特性斜率与磁极对数既不成正比关系,也不成反比关系,磁极对数对力矩特性的影响最终体现在气隙磁通密度基波幅值对力矩特性的影响。Three-dimensional models are built based on MagNet of Infolytic corporation. According to simulation results of air gap flux densities analyzed by means of sampling in static field, the 3D transient model has been simplified for no reason for department of simulation model. The effects of magnetic pole-pairs of changes on torque-speed characteristic are researched. The analysis results Show that relationship of torque-speed ratio with magnetic pole is neither directly proportional nor inversely proportional. The substance of torque-speed characteristic affected by magnetic pole-pairs is changes of amplitude of fundamental component of air gap flux density.
