企业兼并重组是造纸工业发展的战略方向

摘　　要：当前我国造纸工业发展面临着资源、能源和环境的约束,需要加快结构调整,转变增长方式。但目前我国造纸企业规模小,实力弱,无法适应传统造纸工业向可持续发展的现代造纸工业转变的要求。优化造纸工业组织结构,促进造纸企业向集团化和规模化方向发展,建设一批具有较强竞争力的现代化造纸企业集团是造纸工业发展的战略方向。At the present,the development of China paper industry is constrained by resources,energy and environment,which needs to speed up structural adjustment and transform the growth patterns.But the enterprises of China paper industry can not apply to the requirements of the transform from traditional paper industry to sustainable development modern industry because of small scale and weak strength.It was pointed out that the optimizing the organization of paper industry,promoting the development of paper enterprises to collectivization and scale and building a batch of modern paper enterprises with strong competitive power will be the strategic direction of the development in paper industry.
