摘　　要：目的观察应用倍频532激光联合VI服依帕司他（epalrestat）治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的有效性及安全性。方法64例糖尿病视网膜病变，随机分为两组。观察组32例（55眼），采用倍频532激光治疗的同时口服依帕司他，激光治疗每周1次，连续4次，口服依帕司他50mg，3次／d，持续至激光治疗结束后3个月。对照组32例（58眼），单纯采用激光治疗，方法同观察组。两组患者均采用原有的降血糖及降血压等内科治疗，空腹血糖〈7mmol／L，血压在140／90mmHg以下。激光治疗结束后随访3个月，观察两组在视功能改善，视网膜新生血管消退及黄斑水肿吸收等方面的差异。结果观察组在视功能改善，视网膜新生血管消退及黄斑水肿吸收等方面均优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论倍频532激光联合依帕司他治疗糖尿病视网膜病变较单纯应用倍频532激光治疗具有更好的临床效果。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of the double frequency laser of 523 nm combined with Epalrestat tablets for therapy of diabetic retinopathy. Methods 64 cases with diabetic reti- nopathy were randomly divided into the experimental group （32 cases, 55 eyes） and the control group （32 cases, 58 eyes）. Combination of the double frequency laser of 523 nm with Epalrestat tablets were adopted in the experimental group, and the simple laser was used in the control group. The laser therapy was applied with four times （one time per week） , and Epalrestat tablets （50rag, three times per day） were used for three months of the end of the laser therapy. The medical treatment of controlling blood glucose and blood pressure was carried out in two groups. All cases were followed up three months after the laser therapy and were evaluated in aspects of the improvement of visual function, the alleviation of retina neovessels and the absorption of macular edema. Results Cases of the experimental group were superior to the control group in aspects of the improvement of visual function, the alleviation of retina neovessels and the absorption of macu-lar edema. Conclusion Combination of the double frequency laser of 523 nm with Epalrestat tablets for therapy of diabetic retinopathy had more obvious effect than simple laser.
