肥胖大学生体质量指数相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨肥胖大学生体质量指数与血清同型半胱氨酸、氧化低密度脂蛋白、血脂及血糖的相关性及其临床意义。方法 2010年入学体检大学生中以自愿参加方式,将体质量指数≥25的大学生55例设为肥胖组(n=55),体质量指数<25的大学生92例设为对照组(n=92),2组学生均无急慢性内科疾患。直接竞争ELISA法测定2组血清同型半胱氨酸、氧化低密度脂蛋白水平,测定总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、血糖。结果 2组比较,肥胖组血清同型半胱氨酸高于对照组,氧化低密度脂蛋白高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);肥胖组血清三酰甘油高于对照组,高密度脂蛋白低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);2组总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、血糖差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);肥胖组大学生体质量指数与血清同型半胱氨酸水平相关(r=0.321,P<0.05),体质量指数与血清氧化低密度脂蛋白水平不相关(r=0.263,P>0.05);多元线性回归分析显示,三酰甘油、同型半胱氨酸为肥胖组大学生体质量指数水平的独立影响因素。结论肥胖大学生易发生动脉粥样硬化性疾病。防治大学生肥胖及相关慢性病,是高校教育需重视的问题。Objective To investigate the correlation of body mass index （BMI） with plasma homocysteine （Hcy）, oxidized low density lipoprotein （OX-LDL）, TC, TG, LDL-c, HDL-c, and GLU in obese college students and their clinical significance. Methods A total of 147 new college students of 2010 who were volunteers were included. The subjects were divided into two groups according to BMI：an obese group （BMI≥25, n = 55） and a control group （BMI〈 25, n = 92）. The levels of Hcy and OX-LDL were measured by ELISA, and the levels of serum lipids and glucose were measured by routine assays. Results The levels of plasma Hcy and ox-LDL in the obese group were higher than those in the control group （P〈0.05） ,TG was higher （P〈0.01）, and HDL-c was lower （P〈0.01）. There was a significant correlation between the Hcy level and BMI, but there was no correlation between the ox-LDL level and BMI. The multiple regression analysis showed that TG and Hcy were the independent factors to BMI in obese college students. Conclusions Obese college student is easy to have arteriosclerosis diseases, therefore, the authority of eolleges should pay more attention to the problem.
