摘　　要：探讨以精梳棉为经纱、竹浆纤维长丝为纬纱的交织色织提花织物的生产过程和技术措施,针对竹浆纤维长丝的特性和面料组织规格的特点,通过分析染纱和织造各工序的生产难点和关键技术,合理控制和调节各项工艺参数,提高了织机效率,改善了布面风格。成功地开发出棉与竹浆纤维长丝交织的系列色织大提花面料。该面料是制作高档功能性床上用品、装饰用品的理想面料。The production procedure and technological measures of yarn dyed interlaced jacquard fabric made of combed cotton as warp yarn and bamboo filament yarn as weft yarn are discussed. Based on bamboo filament yarn properties and its fabric texture and through analysis of production difficulties in yarn dyeing and weaving processes and key technology and use of reasonable control and adjusting of various process parameters, the loom efficiency and the fabric style are improved and the development of cotton and bamboo filament yarn-dyed jacquard fabric is succeeded. The fabric is an ideal fabric to make high-grade functional beddings and decoratives.
