官员微博传播与评论者行为:一个实证研究

摘　　要：以官员庹祖海的新浪微博为研究资料选取样本,采用内容分析法对微博及其评论的时间、内容、指向、态度等进行多维度考量。发现官员微博传播与评论者反馈过程中的一些规律或同时提出相关政策建议,如官员微博主要在工作时段发布并产生影响力;个性化的官员微博有利于与网民的互动,但官员微博需谨慎持有否定态度;网民对党政主体态度的"一边倒"趋势在官员微博评论中可能逆转。即使作为官员微博范式的一种,研究仍可发挥较普遍的指导作用。The samples in the paper are selected from the officer Tuo Zuhai＇ s Micro-blogs in SINA. com. The paper analyzes the micro -blogs and the comments from various aspects such as time, content, directing and attitude, explores the rules in the spreading process of the official＇ s micro-blogs and critics＇ feedback and finds that officials＇ micro-blogs during working time influenced the group conspicuously, individualized officials＇ micro-blogs improve the interaction of the netizens and government, officials should hold negative attitude carefully towards their micro-blogs, and the one-side trend of netizens＇ attitude towards party and government might get reversed in comments of officials＇ micro-blogs. The paper also tries to give some helpful suggestions on micro-biogging behaviors for government officials.
