中日美薄膜太阳能专利情报对比分析

摘　　要：采用对比分析法对1990-2010年间中国、日本和美国薄膜太阳能专利数据的动态分析来揭示三国薄膜太阳能技术的专利状况。选用中国国家知识产权局和世界知识产权组织数据库,从竞争环境、竞争对手和竞争技术三个层面七大模块对比了中日美薄膜太阳能专利年度申请态势、区域分布、专利申请人和发明人以及专利技术布局等。研究表明中国与日美薄膜太阳能专利申请行为差距较大。结果可为我国薄膜太阳能技术发展提供有价值的竞争情报。The development status of thin film solar in China, Japan and America is revealed based on the patents sourced from SIPO and WIPO between 1990 and 2010. This work compared patent number changes by year, regional distribution, patent applicants and inventors, core technologies of thin film solar in three countries from competitive environments, competitors and competitive technologies. The result shows that patenting behavior of China differs greatly from that of Japan and America. This paper provides valuable competitive intelligence for domestic field of thin film solar.
