基于h指数及其衍生指数的高校学术影响力分析研究

摘　　要：通过Web of Science,利用2001-2010年我国"985工程"第一期34所高校所发表的论文及其被引数据,根据相关指数的定义,分别统计计算出各院校的h指数及其G指数、W指数、A指数、H(2)指数、R指数和论文总数,从不同角度全面综合评价高校学术水平,结果表明,h指数及其5个衍生指数在进行高校学术评价方面是有效且一致的,并分别求得它们之间的回归系数。并对它们的综合排名与各项评价指标进行相关性分析,结果表明各项指数排名与综合排名的相关性要高于SCI收录数排名。因此,为了提高灵敏度和区分度,应结合各项指数评价高校学术水平,从而为综合评价高校学术实力和高校评估教师科研能力提供理论参考和借鉴意义。The paper evaluates the academic level of university based on h-index and its extended index with papers and the citation numbers of ＂985 Engineering＂ universities on Web of Science. It shows there are significant correlations of h-index with its extended index, and they are effective and consistent in evaluating the academic level of universities. Regression coefficients are obtained. Results show that there are more significant correlations between integrated ranking of the various index and single index ranking than SCI and the former. To improve the sensitivity and differentiation, we should combine the various indexes evaluating academic level. The paper may provide a theoretical basis for evaluating the academic strength and research capability of universities and their research faculties.
