摘　　要：产业集群的知识转移能力对集群的起着至关重要的作用。基于此,在对原有的四维螺旋模型作进一步分析的基础上,提出了产业集群知识转移的齿轮式四螺旋模型;其次,探讨了产业集群中单向知识转移和双向知识转移的路径模型和影响因素;最后,分析了政府和中介在产业集群知识转移中的重要作用。The ability of knowledge transfer plays a vital role in industrial clusters. The article at first proposes a gear-type four-helix model of knowledge transfer in an industrial cluster based on the original four-helix model. Then, it explores the paths and influences of one-way knowledge transfer and two-way knowledge transfer in an industry cluster. At last, it makes an analysis on the important functions of government and intermediary.
