派出所综合信息管理系统应用模型研究

摘　　要：随着派出所工作日趋多元化,现有应用系统已不能适应派出所当前状况,因此,提出一种松耦合、层次式的应用模型,该模型能满足云南派出所业务的特定需求。主要介绍该模型的结构,分析各层的实现方法和客户端及服务端应用平台,并简单阐述关键技术。系统的实施提高了派出所的工作效率,增强了云南公安各部门间的协同能力,真正实现了科技强警,对相关领域信息化建设有一定的借鉴作用。As the works at police stations become increasingly diversified, existing application system can no longer suit the situations there, therefore a loose coupling and hierarchical application model is put forward. The model can meet the specific demands of the police stations＇ businesses in Yunnan Province. In the paper we mainly introduce the structure of the model, analyse the implementation approaches on each layer and the application infrastructural platform at users and services ends, and finally concisely explain the key technology. The implementation of the system improves the works efficiency of the police stations, enhances the collaboration abilities between various departments of Yunnan public security authority, and actually realises the police intensification by the technology, it has exemplifying function to the informatisation construction in relative sectors.
