摘　　要：随着人力资本因素日益广泛地被纳入各领域的经验性研究,有关人力资本水平的统计估值问题得到了关注和重视。本文梳理了学界及各机构组织提出或运用的估算方法,介绍和比较了这些方法在理论依据、估算思想、操作技术等方面的特点,对人力资本水平统计估值的研究作了一个系统反映。The subject of estimating human capital level becomes important along with the human capital is accepted as a key factor in numerous empirical researches. In this article, we give a brief induction of representative method on human capital estimation. An overview is presented by introducing and comparing these methods from the aspects of theoretical foundation, ideology and concrete operations.
