大鲵引进与地下室人工养殖试验研究

摘　　要：2009年11月山东省成功引进大鲵(Andrias davidianus),开展了大鲵地下室人工养殖试验。其结果表明:放养1 100尾,平均体重5.43g、体长8.5cm,经过2年饲养,平均体重1.146kg、平均体长50.12cm,成活率98.7%,总重1 244.6kg,最大个体为2.3kg。大鲵在海拔108m地区人工养殖的成功,对野生种群修复、保护及开发将起到积极的重要作用。Chinese giant salamander （Andrias davidianus） was successfully introduced into Shandong Province in November 2009. The experiment of culture was carried out in basement and the results were as follow. Culture 1100, the average weight was 5.43 g, the average length was 8.5 cm, after two years, the average weight was 1. 146 kg, the average length was 50. 12 cm, survival rate was 98.7% , total weight is 1 244.6 kg, the weight of maximum individual was 2.3 kg. The successfully culture of Chinese giant salamander at altitude of 108 m was important for restoration, protection and development of wild populations.
