摘 要:为解决油田生产开发过程中普遍存在的大量富余污水处置难度大和大量清水资源消耗之间的矛盾,开展了油田污水生化处理和膜过滤相结合的研究和试验。针对低渗透油藏回注水质要求严格的问题,应用生化处理配套精细过滤的集成工艺,可使处理后水质达到低渗透油田回注水A1级标准。针对稠油热采锅炉、三采配聚耗用清水的问题,应用生化处理配套反渗透膜淡化的组合工艺,可使处理后水质达到注汽锅炉和三采配聚用水指标。实验结果表明,采用生化与膜过滤集成工艺,可以实现采油污水的循环利用。To solve the contradiction between the difficult disposal of waste water and consumption of fresh water,research and field experiments on the integrated technology of biochemical treatment and membrane filtration were carried out.In view of the problem that the quality of reinjection water in low permeability reservoir is required strictly,the fine waste water treatment process,based on biochemical treatment and fine filtration,is experimentally applied.The quality of the treated water can meet A1 level standard.Aimed at the problem that much freshwater are consumed by heavy oil thermal recovery boiler and preparing polymer solution,a biological contact oxidation-ultra filtration-reverse osmosis integrated process was used for the advanced treatment of produced waste water.Experimental results show that the integrated technology of biochemical treatment and membrane filtration can realize the reuse of oilfield waste water.
